Wispr Flow - PQA Scoring Logic

Signals (from the JD)

  • Active users per company domain
  • Dictation volume per user
  • Feature adoption breadth (including native actions usage in 2026)
  • Team invite activity
  • Retention curve shape

Proposed weights (to calibrate in Week 1 against won/lost history)

Threshold tiers

  • Cold - signal present but low; marketing = educational content loop
  • Warm - multiple signals; marketing = nurture + champion enablement
  • Hot - strong Team Moment signals; marketing = ABM + AE hand-off
  • On Fire - enterprise-signal ready; marketing = procurement support

The AE team owns the PQA scoring system per the JD; this is my marketing-side view of how to layer motion on top of it.
