Threshold tiers
- Cold - signal present but low; marketing = educational content loop
- Warm - multiple signals; marketing = nurture + champion enablement
- Hot - strong Team Moment signals; marketing = ABM + AE hand-off
- On Fire - enterprise-signal ready; marketing = procurement support
